We are required to troubleshoot course completion issues. Should we exhaust all troubleshooting but the issue persists, the following are required to mark the training complete:

  • A screenshot of final slide/passing score (proof of completion).
  • The time spent on the training, meets or passes the duration of the training.


Should a user NOT meet the above requirements, please escalate.
