VILTs are known as Virtual Training in EISAI University. It is available by assignment only. Once the user is registered for Live Training, they will receive a notification.
Prerequisite most of the time will be completion of the 'pre-work'. If a user has any inquiries regarding the Live Training, we may escalate to the administrators.
IMPORTANT! If the user is not assigned to it, please escalate to the Administrators and include the user's Name, Email Address, Role, Department, and Supervisor's Name. |
Another issue users may run into concerning VILTs is not being able to join a call/session. Should this occur, please gather information to figure out what the error may be.
Most of the time it is SSO-related. If this is the case, please escalate to the Eisai administrators for help.
If the user is logged into the EU but cannot find the VILT session, please direct them to the calendar. If the session still cannot be located, contact Jessica_bodin@eisai.com or Dave Libengood
