We do have permission to proxy into a user's account if needed. However, please be careful not to make any progress on courses while proxying.

To proxy into a user's account, please do the following:

1. Locate the user's account via the 'Admin Menu'.

2. Click the three-dot icon ( ... ) located next to the account.

3. Select the 'Login as this user' option from the drop-down menu.
