Instructions to set Sound to ALLOW. Updated instructions based on changes in Google Chrome Version 120.

To allow the Sound for Google Chrome, kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Go to your [LMS NAME] Home Page.

2. While on your [LMS NAME] Home Page, click 'View Site Information' or Lock icon at the upper left hand side of the URL address box.

3. A drop-down will appear, click on 'Site Settings' from the drop-down.

4. A new tab will open which will be the site settings for the learning site.
5. Locate the setting: Sound
6. Change the setting to 'Allow (default)' or 'Allow'. 
7. Close the settings tab. 
8. You will be prompted to reload the page. Click on 'Reload'. 
9. Relaunch your course.
